Kerpen: Tax-payer money being used to 'disenfranchise' conservatives

The president of the conservative advocacy group American Commitment Phil Kerpen says it is "outrageous" that taxpayer funds went to support the Soros-backed global disinformation index that targeted conservative media outlets. One America's John Hines has more from Washington.
