Ukraine port comandant says they have built a canal in the Danube Delta and widened it

The Ukranians said these are only "operational" works. Operational for what? ALl the international treaties says the canal in the Danube Delta is illegal to build. They did it anyway, the Ukranians. Then they lied to Romania saying they didnt do anything. But yet again one of their port comandants in Ismail at the Danube admitted they have dragged the bottom of the Danube up until 8m. This means the rest of the Delta will remain without water in the hot summer because they have changed the river. Which again they shouldnt construct any canal to begin with since only one canal can exist under International Danube treaties, the canal named Sulina already built with ecological impact on the Delta. Morover the Ukranians just declared their side of the Danube that they share with Romania as theirs alone saying a big fuck you to Romania. They lie, cheat then they say they didnt lie, then its proven that indeed they did lie and then they say it doesnt matter anyway what they said or didnt say since they need that Canal anyway.
