"Official" Inflation number falls to 5.9% but Food, Housing and Energy ALL UP. Are We Being Lied to?

Statistics Canada is bragging about a downward trend in inflation while Canadians are not seeing anything like that. The price of Food, Housing and Energy are all up, so what's the deal.
