Here is a step-by-step guide to create top-down shooter controls using Unreal Engine Blueprints:

Create a new project: Launch Unreal Engine and create a new project using the Top-Down template.

Set up the player character: Add a player character to your project by selecting the Character option in the Add New dropdown menu in the Content Browser. Customize the character's appearance, animations, and any other properties you want.
