What are the best ways to keep your heart strong?
We all know that this is a widely debated topic. But everyone can agree that staying active is key to keeping your heart healthy and strong. The question is what types of activities are best for you? We believe that answer varies from person to person, but there is some science available that may help make up your mind.
This week Ed sits down to share his experience on this subject. He believes that for most people the best exercise is some sort of mix between aerobic exercise and heavy lifting.
