If things like this are really going on, maybe we haven't tackled racism as well as we once thought. The ideals of MLK seem to be going down the drain when we are specifically judging people based on the color of their skin and not the content of their character.

What do you think about these policies? It seems that something like this would be directly against the law of the federal government since it is strictly judging someone on the basis of appearance. Again, that used to qualify as racist. But not today in bizzarro world where up is down and down is up.
