Smoky Thai Drumsticks Recipe

Here's a recipe for making Smoky Thai Drumsticks:

Ingredients:

8 chicken drumsticks
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon ground coriander
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons fish sauce
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a small bowl, mix together the smoked paprika, ground coriander, ground cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, salt, and pepper.

Place the chicken drumsticks in a large bowl and drizzle with the olive oil. Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken, making sure it's coated evenly.

Place the chicken drumsticks on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy and golden brown.

While the chicken is baking, make the Smoky Thai Sauce. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, and cilantro.

Once the chicken is done, remove it from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Drizzle the Smoky Thai Sauce over the chicken drumsticks and serve hot. Enjoy!
