Ukranian Drag Ship is seen in the Danube Delta excavating land for a canal and destroying it

These excavations are illegal, not done with the accord of Romania, they violate international conventions prohibiting excavations in the Danube Delta, they destroy the environment, the Danube Delta is an UNESCO protected area, they were done in secret and also the Ukranians lied saying they had the agreement of Romania to do it, which even if they did and they didnt, its still illegal to do excavations in a protected Natural Reserve Area.
