Invasion of the Red Garbage Cans, Missouri

Date Feb 9th, 2023, Southern Missouri, Ozarks: One explanation for the ostentatious red garbage cans, maybe the waste removal company got tired of replacing cans after being run over, but I have seen no evidence of that occurring. I think Brown with Yellow top would have been a good compromise, improved visibility without being objects dotting the neighborhood landscape, dominating the field of view.
