Lindy's journey in healthcare began as a nurse, where she eventually became a nursing instructor and clinical instructor at Monash. She later added to her expertise by obtaining qualifications as a Naturopath, Herbalist, Nutritionist, Kinesiologist, and Neuro Trainer, and has been dedicated to the field of medicine for over 35 years.

Throughout her career, Lindy has established two multidisciplinary centers and currently runs two successful practices in Victoria: one in Richmond and the other in Mt. Martha on the Mornington Peninsula. Her passion for helping people extends beyond the physical world, as she also created an online forum called "Mentorship for Massive Change" to provide free teaching and support for individuals seeking better health.

Lindy conducts webinars to educate people on how to regulate their nervous systems, leading to reduced stress and improved overall health, including better sleep, digestion, less anxiety, increased confidence, improved relationships, clearer thinking, and many other benefits. These benefits extend beyond just physical health and can positively impact an individual's mental, emotional, spiritual, and financial well-being.
