High Protein Meal Prep Lunch🤤💪🏼❤️‍🔥Ready for a new week

• Season 1.75 lbs of chicken breast (diced) with garlic lovers, everything spicy & Himalayan salt + 1 tbsp olive oil then grill with the lid on (low heat).

• Wash 1 cup of rice. Add 2 cups of water. Cook on high heat until rice absorbs the water. Then lower the heat until the rice is fluffy. Turn it off and let it sit for 8-10min.

• Sauce: Roast 1/4 of red onion, 2 garlic cloves, & 2 tomatoes. Put everything in a blender with 5 chillun de Arbol (tostadas) 1/2 7oz can -of chipotle peppers (in adobo sauce) & half a cup water then blend!

• Pour the sauce on the chicken. Let it come to a simmer. Next, add 1.5 cups of chopped broccoli. Mix it. Then add 1 cup fat-free mozzarella cheese.

• Serving per container: 1/2 cup rice, divide cheesy broccoli chicken mix evenly (About 1/3 cup) & enjoy🔥

1 serving: 160g chicken + sauce, 1/2 cup broccoli, 1/4 fat-free mozzarella cheese & 1/2 cup rice.
