Police minister, Cape top cop grilled at emotional memorial for slain vrou

Police minister Bheki Cele and provincial Police Commissioner lieutenant-general Thembisile Patekile on Wednesday joined the family and friends of slain Cleo Diko in an emotional memorial service.
