▶️Ingredients
3-4 eggs, 4 crami (spicy meat), ham, 2-3 shiitake mushrooms, wood ear mushroom (king oyster mushroom), half an onion, a little carrot, white part of a green onion, 1 starch powder (1 water)
▶️Baeksonsaengnim Recipe (measured with rice spoon)
1. Cut green onion diagonally, and shred vegetables and ham.
2. Tear the crammy
3. Add green onion oil to cooking oil and stir-fry with ham.
4. Add onions, carrots and mushrooms and stir-fry
5. Add 2 dark soy sauce and 2 oyster sauce and stir-fry.
6. Add 500 to 700 ml of water and when it boils, add crami.
7. Chicken stock or salt for insufficient liver
8. Add starch and stir
9. Add beaten eggs, turn off the heat and stir gently.
10. Sprinkle pepper + sesame oil or pepper + red pepper oil + vinegar and enjoy.
