Many of the cats at Big cat Rescue are elderly and just as with humans or domestic animals old age brings with it health issues such as arthritis etc. The care team at the sanctuary does careful daily observations and communicates closely with the vet team to ensure the cats who deal with things like arthritis have a pain management regimen at allows them to lead a comfortable quality life.
