On the White House South Lawn for Marine One's nighttime return and the VP cuts mortgage costs

Running around today with my first stop in Bowie Maryland at Bowie State University where Kamala Harris announced the administration’s new plan to cut mortgage insurance by 40%. The governor of Maryland also spoke and we got some good photos of her as she addressed the crowed. Then it was off to the car and a race to the White House where Marine One was inbound. I managed to get on the South Lawn for the arrival and wow, was it windy (but mega-cool as always).
