Ingredients:
1 roll of puff pastry
400 g of thawed or leftover spinach from the dinner before
200 g of ricotta or primosale cheese
2 tablespoons of Parmesan
1 egg
100 g of sliced ham
cooking time: in the oven at 180°C for 40 minutes

STEPS:

Hello friends!!! Would you believe me if I told you that with this recipe you can recover leftover vegetables?

First, in a bowl, pour the leftover vegetables (in this case the spinach) and the primosale cheese (but you can also use ricotta)

Add 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan

Break an egg

Add a pinch of salt

Mash the filling with a fork…

Place a roll of puff pastry in a cake pan

Arrange the edges well

Pierce the pastry with a fork

Arrange 3 slices of ham on the bottom of the quiche

Then pour half of the filling

Spread the filling well

Then add 2 more slices of ham

Add the rest of the filling and spread it well

Close the edges of the quiche...

...In this way

And cook in the oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes
