Just wanted to talk about Businesses Looking to Keep 4 Day Work Week. This is been a headline you probably seen recently, and I think that this is a very good thing. If people have the option to work, either a four day, work week or a five day work week, most would likely choose to do the four day work week and there is many benefits in doing this. I think that company should be offering this as a way to differentiate themselves from competitors and help with employee retention. More businesses that are looking to keep the workforce should look to making it a four day work week for those who want it.
