Ingredients:
- wild caught Chilean Sea Bass
- 3 cloves of garlic
- kosher salt
- black pepper
- asparagus
- mushroom
- olive oil
- kumquat or lemon

Instructions:
1. Rub olive oil as a binder
2. Season with kosher salt and black pepper
2. Preheat cast iron skillet
4. Add a few table spoons of Olive oil and wait until the oil is hot enough (when seeing smokes)
5. Sear Sea Bass 5 minutes to each side
6. Preheat oven 425 degrees F
7. Add Asparagus and mushroom to skillet and season again with kosher salt and black peppers
8. Bake for 10 minutes
10. Drizzle kumquat and lemon
11. Put on plate and enjoy
