Hidden technologies that have been around awhile but NO ONE SEEMS TO KNOW ABOUT

These were extremely loud, odd shaped flying "jets." That were seen going in and out of visibility with some sort of cloaking device that I was able to see with my naked eye. It looked like an electric transparent plasma ball that surrounded this very odd, and large shaped "jet."
