445x3 Box Squat

Feeling strong as hell, hitting 445lbs for 3 reps on box squats with the @kabukistrength Transformer Bar.

Pushing harder than ever and will keep increasing weights on slant board goblet squats and front squats then move into a traditional squat phase.

The slant board gives me that exaggerated range of motion and box squats allow me to load heavy pain and nearly risk free.

My body feels younger the older I get because I learn and implement more actions daily!
