Kyle Rittenhouse is being sued by Gaige Grosskreutz in Civil Court on some shaky logic. This is the guy who pulled out a pistol, aimed it at Kyle after Anthony Huber had domed him with a skateboard, and after he was rushed by Joseph Rosenbaum. Gaige only lost his bicep in the encounter, but that's grounds enough to sued Rittenhouse for damages. It's similar to the lawsuit brought by the family of noted domestic abuser Huber, so now the Rosenbaum family are the odd ones out. Justice for JoJo? There certainly is injustice for Kyle!
