Alex Murdaugh Trial (DAY 3 for Defense) Live With Lawyers- Will Alex Murdaugh Testify?

On Day 2 of the Defense's case in chief, after a rough morning where Creighton Waters grilled Alex' former legal partner and close friend about the Defendant's pending financial crimes, the Defense had a strong afternoon. Their expert witness punctuated the day by clarifying that after the presumed time of Maggie's death, somebody was manually adjusting her cell phone far from where we know Alex to have been.

Additional developments included the Defense being stonewalled by the judge in getting clarification as to whether the Court would permit the State to question Alex about his alleged financial crimes if he takes the stand to defend the double homicide charge. This leads to greater speculation:

Will Alex take the stand? Will the State drill him on the fraud?

Please note, as I have to start the day a little late, I expect to watch much of the morning testimony at 1.25x and hope to catch up by the lunch break. Estimated start time is 10:30-1100 EST.
