Beet Smoothie Recipe for Healthy Living
Ingredients:
1 small red beet, peeled and chopped
1 banana, sliced
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 cup spinach leaves
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions:
Add the chopped red beet, banana, frozen mixed berries, spinach leaves, almond milk, and honey (if using) to a blender.
Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy. You may need to stop the blender and scrape down the sides a few times to make sure everything is well combined.
Taste and adjust sweetness with more honey, if needed.
Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.
