Sourdough Bread Anyone Can Do

Very simple sourdough recipe that makes two loaves if you have a large mixer. If not I suggest halving the recipe or make the full recipe but halve the dough so one loaf mixes while the other rests.

Also another tip is using either the S shaped dough hook or the Paddle attachment instead of the C shaped dough hook.
