The Poet
Hello my friends, this song is from my CD, "On The Road To Seventy", that was recorded in 2017, and is one of several war songs on that CD that were inspired by the letter that was written by my grandfather, Bert Moss, who was a prisoner of war in Germany during WW1. The letter describes the severe treatment that he and his fellow soldiers received while POWs. That war was called "the war to end all wars". Sadly, it was just the begging, as history clearly shows.
If you would like to download this song and copy the lyrics for free, please visit my new website at https://www.thebloodofthelamb.net.
