Here's a recipe for keto-friendly fried fish and chips:

Ingredients:

For the fish:

4 (6-ounce) skinless, boneless cod fillets
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons heavy cream
1/2 cup coconut oil, for frying
For the chips:

2 medium-sized rutabagas
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Cut the rutabagas into thin slices or chips. Place them in a large bowl and add olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.

Spread the rutabaga chips out in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until they are crispy and browned.

While the chips are baking, prepare the fish. In a shallow bowl, whisk together the almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

In another shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream.

Dip each fish fillet in the egg mixture, then coat it in the almond flour mixture, pressing the mixture onto the fish to help it adhere.

Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. When the oil is hot, add the fish fillets to the skillet.

Cook the fish for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until they are golden brown and crispy.

Remove the fish from the skillet and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain off any excess oil.

Serve the fish and chips together, garnished with lemon wedges and chopped parsley, if desired.

Enjoy your keto-friendly fish and chips!
