Forbidden on the Sabbath Day ~ Owning A Business w/Employees That Operates On Shabbat (Hebrew Roots)

Deuteronomy 5:12-15 (WEB) ~ “Observe ( guard ) the Sabbath day, to keep it holy, as Yahweh your Elohim commanded you. You shall labor six days, and do all your work; but the seventh day is a Sabbath to Yahweh your Elohim, in which you shall not do any work, you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your male servant, nor your female servant, nor your ox, nor your donkey, nor any of your livestock, nor your stranger ( the outsider ) who is within your gates; that your male servant and your female servant may rest as well as you. You shall remember that you were a servant ( slave ) in the land of Egypt, and Yahweh your Elohim ( God ) brought you out of there by a mighty hand and by an outstretched arm. Therefore Yahweh your Elohim commanded you to keep the Sabbath day.

Attention sabbath keeping business owners of Yisrael: Are you forcing your employees to disrespect Yahweh ( God ) by making them work for you on the Shabbat? Should everything that is under the control of your household cease from work on the Sabbath day? Is the Most High YAH ( YHWH ) ok with Israelite ( or Christian ) business owners continuing regular business activities through others while they themselves rest? Is it ok for sabbath keeping employers ( the boss ) to compel the outsider or stranger to work in their place while they are at Shabbat worship service? Should believers in Yahshua ( aka Yeshua / Jesus Christ ) shut down their business on the Sabbath and stop selling merchandise? Should regular business continue on the Sabbath day through employees or servants while the business owner rests and ceases from work? If an Israelite ( or Christian believer ) operates a business on the Sabbath and has others work in his place, what is he teaching others about Yahweh's Sabbath day? Conducting normal business activities on Shabbat is forbidden for Israelite believers in Messiah Yahshua. No regular commerce is to take place during holy time. ( Recorded From Phoenix, Arizona )
