Saiko No Sutoka - Yandere Mod

Saiko-chan is the titular main antagonist of the 2022 survival-horror game Saiko no Sutoka. She is a teenager and a murderer with dissociative identity disorder who is obsessed with her classmate and ex-boyfriend aka the main protagonist Akira and keeps him captive in their school at night and plays a morbid game of cat-and-mouse with the unwilling Akira as an act of vengeance.

She was voiced by Official_Lina.

Not much is known of her early life but is implied that she was the victim of an abusive household, her only friends at the time was her childhood friend Elissu and her doll and as a result of her lonely and isolated life, she developed Dissociative Personality Disorder with two other personalities "Yandere" and "Yangire", each having increasingly more violent and murderous tendencies than the other of which she represses.
