Unfortunately this often leads to believing the world could not function the same without them, and this is not true. The work they have done, the organizations they have launched, the people they have helped are all grateful for their dedicated efforts and accomplishments, but if the demand for what they have done is significant, someone would have done it without them as well. Founders are invaluable but not irreplaceable. Awareness of this truth should spark humility and collaboration at the highest levels.” J Loren Norris
