Spanish doctor Chinda Brandolino explains that according to the judgment of the Supreme Court from the summer of 2013, a person whose DNA was modified is patented and is actually the property of the patent holder of that technology.
In addition, they are considered transhuman, which means that existing human rights do not apply to them.
