As a leader, letting go of conflict will help your anxiety and give you confidence when addressing others.

You are always going to have conflicts in your life. The key is not to let them consume you to the point you lose your self-esteem or feel anxious over them. If you practice releasing those thoughts and replacing them with something positive, such as taking a few deep breaths each time they come up, your anxiety levels will reduce. The key is to address conflicts with a positive mindset to find the best resolution. Always remember that conflict resolution is a two-way street that needs both sides for a winning solution. Go into these situations considering that you might disagree and realize that even though you may have the authority to resolve the conflict, what will the collateral damage be.
