Recently, a car crashed into the Big Shoe Repair Store in Bakersfield, leaving the iconic building damaged. Now, business owner Felipe Torres is concerned that he may have to shut down. 23ABC's Henry Flores spoke with Torres about the crash and the impact it's having on his business.
