Grilling London Broil

Having a little fun with foil in the grill. I use the foil half under the meat so when I flip it will get direct flame on the other half that was on foil. my steaks and burgers seem to come out juicier and more tender.

Cowboy hardwood charcoal in the pan underneath has been my go to lately. Smoke boxes are great too with pellets.
