Travel Baseball-Many parents face the challenge of getting teen age athletes to understand the benefits of doing extra work on their own. Many athletes feel that the workouts they do with travel team or school are sufficient. In a world of multiple social options, many young athletes struggle without a daily or weekly routine. Extra side work is very beneficial for skill set development but how does a parent " push" a younger student athlete to take part with side work. We discuss that in this video with the parent of three sons.
