Dugout etiquette -CLEAN IT UP! PRIDE as an organization matter! One of the biggest issues within the world of youth baseball is the level of trash talking between adults and student athletes. If not stopped this will continue to escalate and become a VERY Bad situation. Umpires are no longer interested in umpiring older levels due to parents, coaches and student athletes. Also, keeping dugouts clean and ready for the next team to occupy the dugout shows attention to details and how a program is run.
