John & Rebecca Adams tried to help my 2 small daughters and myself during the Covid Eviction Moratorium when my landlord who I was working for as a secretary and doing quick books for his business did attempt to sextort intimaterelations with me for payment of rent, after the entire world shut down due to the global financial terrorism / pLandemic.

Alan the owner of Burfitt Plumbing shut our water and power off in 35 degree weather during the holidays in 2020.
On December 14th 2020, Carlton Benton called the DeFuniak Springs Police on me for my daughters jumping on the bed.
January 23rd 2021 Carol Dilmore, slapped my 5 yr old daughter across the face and called her a little bitch for touching her cell phone. She refused to apologize so 1/25/2021, I flew her back to her abusive drug addicted husband on Florida. 2 days later Carlton Benton & Carol Dilmore called CP$ & Rockingham County Sheriffs and made HEINOUS ACCUSATIONS against me which are COMPLETELY FALSE and lied about me as they were conspiring against me with the girl's dad who just got out of jail for attempted murder of me, in order to swindle my daughters from my care in hopes to get Navajo Casino Monie$! Sick but true!
What the hell is wrong with all of these mentally ill people who have no problem harming these little girl's lives just to satisfy their own vindication and vendettas? Everyone of these People bear false witness against my daughters and I. I hired a private investigator to do a full back ground check on Carlton Benton. Carol Dilmore did lie during cross examination and perjured herself when she lied and stated that she did not have a restraining order against Carlton, she has 2 in Walton County Florida. These people are liars and have the nerve to call themselves Christians! Thanks to John & Becky for helping me to set the record straight!

On January 15, 2021, a City Housing Inspector visited the above address and found violations of Portland’s Property Maintenance Code. This code requires properties be maintained in a safe, sound, and sanitary condition. Attached to this letter is a list of the violations. Please correct these conditions promptly. You have thirty (30) days from the date of this letter to correct any Fire, Life, Safety, and/or Health, Sanitation violations, and sixty days (60) to correct any other violations before incurring a fee.

You must call for a re-inspection to close your case without incurring a fee.

If violations continue uncorrected beyond the deadline, a monthly code enforcement fee is charged as a lien against your property. If housing violations continue uncorrected three (3) months from the initial notice of violation, the monthly code enforcement fee doubles.

If your property or any part thereof is vacant or becomes vacant, it cannot be occupied until the violations are corrected. In the event the property or any part thereof is reoccupied before all violations are corrected a $780.00 per month penalty, in addition to the monthly enforcement fee, will be charged until the property is vacated and/or all violations are corrected and approved by the housing inspector.
