Pennsylvania governor says Norfolk Southern will be held accountable

At a news conference on Tuesday, Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro said he will hold Norfolk Southern accountable for the East Palestine, Ohio crisis. “The combination of Norfolk Southern's corporate greed, incompetence and lack of care for our residents is absolutely unacceptable to me,” said Shapiro.
