VANCOUVER DOWNTOWN EASTSIDE FEBRUARY 21, 2023

Early Monday morning February 20th 2023 I went for a walk through the downtown east side. I wanted to see for myself if the homeless and street crime situation has changed since the last time I went and unfortunately it hasn't. It's probably getting worse, more homelessness, more mental health, more drug addiction, more decay of the buildings and more litter everywhere.
