Do you manage your projects or do your projects manage you? Earned value is extremely important for a project manager to know and use. In this seminar you will learn how to manage your project cost and project schedule. A project manager must always be aware of the project's position using various tools such as Schedule Performance Index, Cost Performance Index, Schedule Variance and Cost Variance. Understanding your position with regards to cost and schedule will enable the project manager to forecast the estimate at completion, estimate to complete, and the schedule completion.
