An East Palestine, Ohio resident offers tap water to Gov. Mike DeWine (R) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator Michael Regan
following the chemical waste spill from the train derailment earlier this month. The officials drank the water to prove it was safe following intense criticism from citizens.
