Ukraine continues to atack the Danube Delta and insult Romania

Whenever they don't like something Ukranians blame the Russian propaganda, when in fact they are the only one to blame for destroying the Danubian Delta by building the Bistroe Canal which was already illegal in 2004 and now they want to expand it. This Canal destroys the Biosphere Danube Delta and has nothing to do with the war or the Russian propaganda, which btw havent even used this card why? Because the Russians didnt know, the Romanians didnt know either but it is a problem since the Ukranians just announced it.
