How to Use Your Digital Mixing Console as a Digital Interface

As digital consoles become cheaper and more advanced with features, many people are incorporating these into their recording studios (large or small). This video talks through two different ways to use your digital mixing console as a big recording interface. You will need a DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) on a computer to follow this process and I am using Presonus Studio One. While I am using the Behringer X32, these concepts will function for any digital mixing console. The first setup will work with any console even if it only offers a standard two-track (L+R) output. The second will require your console to allow multitrack out across USB.
