Sure, here are 3 acrobatic movement flows that range from beginner to advanced:

Handstand Flow:
Begin in a standing position and kick up into a handstand against a wall.
Slowly walk your hands towards the wall until your body is parallel to the ground, holding a handstand.
Slowly lower down into a forearm stand.
Push back up to a handstand and then lower back down to a standing position.
Cartwheel to Roundoff Flow:
Start in a standing position and perform a cartwheel to the right or left side.
As soon as your hands touch the ground in the cartwheel, spring off into a roundoff.
As you land the roundoff, continue into a back handspring.
Finish the flow with a back tuck or another acrobatic skill of your choice.
Advanced Aerial Flow:
Begin in a standing position and perform a roundoff.
As you finish the roundoff, jump into a one-legged aerial, landing on one leg and holding it.
Quickly transition into a switch leap, where you switch the position of your legs mid-air.
From the switch leap, jump into a butterfly twist, rotating your body 360 degrees while performing a twisting motion.
Land the butterfly twist and finish the flow with a standing position.
Remember to always warm up properly and practice with a spotter or under the guidance of a qualified coach. As with any physical activity, safety should always come first.
