Mount Rushmore

Mount Rushmore is a massive sculpture carved into the granite face of Mount Rushmore National Memorial in the Black Hills region of South Dakota, USA. It features the faces of four American presidents, including George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt, and Abraham Lincoln, and is a popular tourist attraction.

The carving, which took 14 years to complete, was done by sculptor Gutzon Borglum and a team of workers from 1927 to 1941. The faces of the presidents are each about 60 feet tall and are a symbol of American history and democracy.
