The appeal of the President of Ukraine on the February 20 emphasized the resilience and strength of the Ukrainian people and their determination to defend their independence, freedom, and international law and order. The President noted that the fate of the world order, based on rules, humanity, and predictability, is being decided in Ukraine. The President expressed gratitude to the United States of America for their support and partnership, which strengthened the alliance between Ukraine and America and the world after the visit of President Biden to Kyiv. Zelenskyy also praised the Ukrainian heroes on the frontline for their bravery and precision in the face of the enemy.
