It can be helpful to make your "I Am" statement specific, positive, and present tense. Avoid using negative words or phrases, and focus on the qualities or outcomes that you want to bring into your life. You can also incorporate feelings or emotions into your "I Am" statement to make it more powerful and impactful.
Once you have created your "I Am" statement, you can use it as a daily affirmation by repeating it to yourself regularly, either out loud or silently in your mind. You can also write it down and keep it somewhere visible as a reminder. With practice and repetition, it is believed that your "I Am" statement can help to shift your mindset and bring about positive changes in your life.
