Trump has once again declared that he can end the war in Ukraine in 24 hours.

"I will call two people - Putin and Zelensky. I will say 'we need to meet'. I guarantee that we can resolve this issue. We will conclude a deal within 24 hours," Trump said during a speech in Florida.

As a reminder, in late January Trump had already said that as president he would be able to end the "escalation" of the conflict within 24 hours.

In early February, he also said that the USA should negotiate peace in Ukraine, not only provide military support.
