Linguini with Brown Butter and Prosciutto

One handful of boiled linguini

Sauce
1/4 cup of hazelnuts and almonds or any other nut
1/4 parsley
1.5 ouces or so of toasted prosciuto
1/4 to ½ cup Parmesan or Asiago cheese They’re quite similar.
Good dollop of Lemon butter
3 or 4 Tbsp of butter

Melt butter in skillet slowly until it browns. Once it begins bubbling keep it moving in the pan. Be very careful because it goes from a wonderful tasting brown to a hideous bitter charred butter real quick. Once that’s complete add the parsley, nuts and prosciuto to the pan and cook gently adding the cooked linguini once everything is incorporated evenly and warmed up. Stir until it is mixed well. Then you add a nice dollop of lemon butter and as it is melting you add the cheese stir vigorously and serve. It’s a complex flavor profile and it’s pretty fast.
