Ukraine is starting to destroy the Danube Delta by building an Illegal Canal

This canal is illegal and disrespects all International COnventions and the UNESCO status of the Danube Delta which is protected by law and Ukraine also signed. Ukraine refuses to stop and accuses Romania of being manipulated by Russian Propaganda. Bla Bla, when Ukraine officials dont like something they blame the Russian Propaganda.
