Celebrate Mardi Gras today with King Cake

The tradition represents the three kings who came to give gifts to Baby Jesus. The cake is decorated in the color of Mardi Gras : yellow, green and purple. Traditionally, there's a plastic baby inside. Whoever gets that slice has to get the cake the following year.
